1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Service Description and Disclaimer
2.1 Nature of Service
Cosmitra provides personalized Vedic astrology guidance, reports, and content, delivered primarily through a digital chat interface.
2.2 Entertainment and Guidance Disclaimer (CRITICAL)
You understand, acknowledge, and agree that all Content, astrological readings, predictions, and guidance provided through the Service are for entertainment, personal reflection, and informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment in fields such as medical, financial, legal, psychological, or psychiatric matters. You agree to use your own discretion and judgment before acting on any information provided by Cosmitra. Cosmitra LLC disclaims all liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the Service’s content.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
3.1 Free Tier (Trial)
New users are granted access to the Service's free tier, which includes a maximum of 20 personalized chat-based interactions (“Chats”) per month. Unused Chats do not roll over.
3.2 Cosmitra Unlimited Subscription
- Pricing: The "Cosmitra Unlimited" subscription is available for $5.99 USD per month.
- Service: This subscription provides unlimited chat-based interactions with the Service during the monthly billing cycle.
- Auto-Renewal: The Unlimited subscription automatically renews each month at the current price, charged to the payment method on file, until explicitly canceled by the user.
3.3 Payment Failure
If a subscription payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Cosmitra Unlimited tier and revert your account to the Free Tier (20 Chats/month).
4. User Conduct
For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
To harass, abuse, or harm another person.
To send unsolicited advertising, “junk mail,” or spam.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
